At Whitaker Brothers, we stand behind the quality of our equipment and offer a 30-day return window for most items to ensure your complete satisfaction. All returns must be in their original packaging and include a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to be processed.
Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer service team via phone or email to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions for your equipment.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the item in its original factory packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and power cables to avoid restocking fees or damage during transit.
- 3.Label and Ship
Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping carton and send the package to our designated distribution center using a trackable shipping method.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
